She has over 16 years in the fitness industry as a professional, working in a variety of settings from physical therapy, wellness centers, gyms, cardiac rehab, owning her own private studios in both NY & Fl &  working exclusively with clients online from all over the world. She has worked with clients ranging from post rehab to professional triathletes. She specializes in women’s fitness, weight loss & wellness, taking a holistic approach, by incorporating not only the physical, but also the mental & emotional realms.
