Donation Based Coaching

While my schedule allows – I am offering 1:1 coaching calls on a donation basis.

This is not a specific workout program or meal plan (that is surface level stuff)

We are going to go deeper into the root causes of why you are where you are in the first place – we will evaluate where you are now, and where you want to be, and we will create a plan with actual action steps that you should be focusing on in order to get from point A to point B.

You can schedule as many calls as you need.

Through coaching I will answer your questions and clear up any confusion that you may be feeling from the information overload on the interwebs.

We will embrace a simple & sustainable approach to create overall lifestyle changes that you can realistically sustain and maintain.
